This is a quick look inside the Cincinnati Union Station. That's as in "Cincinnati, Ohio". Photo is from sometime in the late '60s, possibly 1970 -- date subject to reconfirmation later, as I get my photos better organized! This large station was famed for its' circular waiting room, and wonderful Art Deco design. This is one photo of several I made about this time. The main concourse area is somewhat cluttered up by shops, but the station was still in use for train services. | Paul Rayton's US Trains

St. Louis, Missouri, 1986. The "Aero Train" in the yards of the "Museum of Transportation". The "Aero Train" photo is pre-restoration; I believe it's been fixed up and looks nicer now. | |
